Established in 2009, Addula Consulting Engineers (ACE) enjoys a formal mentor /protégé relationship with Alpha Testing, Inc., under the Railroad Commission of Texas.  Alpha brings 26 years experience and 130 people to the process. President Harsha Addula was a 13 year employee of Alpha.

ACE is a registered Texas engineering firm and employs an engineer licensed in Louisiana, Oklahoma and Texas. Staff have over 40 years of experience in environmental, geotechnical, and construction materials testing services. Project and staff experience includes transportation, education and municipal projects.

ACE serves Texas from offices in San Antonio, Fort Worth, and Dallas. ACE is certified as a historically underutilized business (HUB) by the State of Texas and as a disadvantaged business enterprise by the North Central Texas Regional Certification Agency (NCTRCA) and the South Central Texas Regional Certification agency (SCTRCA).
